Boxmoor Trust, as the steward of land held for the benefit of the local community, is expected to operate with transparency, impartiality and a clear commitment to public interest. In the context of the proposed Felden Hall School development, serious and legitimate concerns have now emerged regarding how decisions around land use and access routes have been handled.
We have been provided with documentary evidence confirming that a property situated adjacent to land owned by the Trust; land which had been identified locally as a potential access route to the proposed school site, is associated with Ms Emma Taylor, the daughter of Peter Phillips (trust member). This is a matter of record within the documentation we hold.
The existence of this connection raises important and unavoidable questions. The access track in question would, by all reasonable assessment, have provided a more appropriate and significantly safer route for vehicles accessing the school for vulnerable children. Its absence from the final access strategy is therefore not a minor planning detail, but a central issue with direct safeguarding implications.
To date, there has been no clear or satisfactory explanation as to why this route was not pursued, despite its apparent suitability and the safety advantages it would have offered. The decision not to utilise this land - owned by a Trust whose purpose is to act in the best interests of the community - demands full and transparent clarification.
This situation appears to be fundamentally at odds with the principles the Boxmoor Trust exists to uphold. Where land held for public benefit is not used in a way that prioritises safety and community need, particularly in relation to a Special Educational Needs setting, we are entitled to ask whether all decisions have been taken with the necessary objectivity and independence.
We have called on Boxmoor Trust to provide a detailed and transparent account of how access routes were evaluated, including the rationale for excluding the Trust-owned track, and to confirm what safeguards were in place to ensure that all relevant interests were appropriately managed. The community and the families of children who may attend this school, deserve nothing less than complete clarity.
I would allege mass financially motivated corruption/collusion with planning authorities and Witherslack Group. We have sight of a document which details a payment of £6000 to The Boxmoor Trust from November 2025. The payment is from a contractor that is worked on the school site. Sadly, I only say it's suspicious :(.
